19....A press conference was held at noon in front of the "Emerald
Building" at 300 Capital Mall. Following the press conference,
janitors and their many supporters marched to and then through the
Downtown Mall. The Mall is owned by the Westfield Group (owner of
112 shopping centers in four countries) which is part of the owner/maintenance
group resisting paid family health care. |
